Hello Everybody!!

How are you doing? We're both doing really good. Mom and Dad are feeding us cereal and carrots, and we're getting lots of playing time with all of our toys. We especially like the ones that make noise and require lots of batteries. Our favorite thing to do is lay on the floor with each other and play with our toy gym and yell at the lights and pull the toys off and throw them on the floor.
We do this lots. Sometimes we get bored and want to do other stuff......like sit in our chairs, or play in our jumper, or just lay on the floor with Mom and Dad or Lucy and Ebby.
We're attempting to eat carrots, but we're getting a little on our bibs and our faces. Okay, we're getting a lot on our bibs and even more on our faces!! And it's fun!!

Ebby likes to lay underneath our toy gym when we aren't using it. She keeps it warm for us until we get tired of all the other stuff that we have to play with. She likes to put all of her toys there too.
Lucy had to get stitches today because she got in a tussle with a stray dog. Mom and Dad weren't very happy with the other dog, but took good care of Lucy until they could take her to the see Dr. Cates today. She had to get 8 stitches from her eye to her jowl, and she has to take some pain medication for the next couple of days. Dad will take her to get them taken out in a couple of weeks and she'll have a little boo boo for the rest of her life.
We had a thunderstorm this afternoon......again. Dad keeps saying something about "April showers" but what do we know, this is our first April. There was a pretty rainbow and we could see both ends. We last saw Dad running across the field in the direction of the golden pot screaming something......but we couldn't hear what.

We hope you are doing well and that your family is doing good too. See you again soon!!
Love,
Max and Molly

Happy Easter!

We hope that you all had a great Easter. The Easter bunny was all over the place with lots of toys for Max and Molly.

Grammy Carolyn and Papa Mike came in town to visit and we all had a great weekend. We went to Easter mass, but unfortunately didn't get to hear much of the message. Molly wasn't happy about being in her seat, and Max was hungry most of the time.
Both Molly and Max have begun to eat cereal and then take a bottle. Molly is a little unsure what it is and tends to clamp her mouth shut. She doesn't mind when it's in a bottle and tends to eat all that we give her.
Max will eat it, but he doesn't like it. He makes faces and whines the whole time. I hope he doesn't get mad at Betsy and I for laughing at him.
We're spending a lot of time on the floor now, playing will lots of toys and hanging out with Lucy and Ebby.

Grandma Nona came to visit a couple of weekends ago and is amazed at how fast they both are growing.

All the neighbor kids have started coming by regularly. Lexi and Dillon love to come over to check out all the toys and Olivia and Emma love to come and help feed them.

The weather continues to get warmer, and we're getting excited about being outdoors more and more.
We hope all is well with you and your family,
Love,

Miracle Grow...

Max and Molly have really grown in the last month. Max has recently started rolling over and Molly isn't far behind him. They are both very happy kids, they smile and laugh at everything Betsy and I do. They have really started paying attention to the dogs more, laughing at them when they go crazy running around the house.

The weather has been good and we've been able to take the kids for walks up the street visiting the neighbors. Max has been showing off wearing his "golfer" hat and Mom has really enjoyed showing him off.
We recently began putting them in their toy seats letting them practice grabbing and pulling. They don't mind sitting in them for a short while, but request us to pick them up from time to time to reassure them that all is well.

Papa Melton and Mimi Melton came to visit last weekend and barely put Max and Molly down. We're sure as they get older that their feet will rarely hit the ground.

We hope all is well with you and your family and we'll update you more as they continue to grow.
Love,
