Mom let us play with her hats one evening while Dad was outside cutting the grass. We had to stay inside because mom said it was 1000 degrees outside.
We've been boating on the river, and have had a lot of fun pushing all the buttons and climbing on everything!
We like playing in the cabin, climbing on the ledges, and throwing our toys all around.
We still like taking naps in the boat too. We always get tired when we're anchored out and the boat is gently rocking.
Max has a hard time staying asleep when everyone else is awake and having fun. Dad rocks him a little and he goes back to sleep.
We also like digging through the coolers to see what's cool that we can play with.
Mom and Dad have started to let us walk up and down the dock with them, as long as they have a good hold of our life jackets. It's fun to visit with all the people and see all the cool boats.
We're really tired at the end of the day, and we're usually asleep by the time we get to the truck.
The St. Mary's NICU had a reunion at the Evansville Zoo, so we got to go see all the animals!!
Max was always in a hurry to see what was next, I just sat back and took it all in.
Max's favorite part of the day was when we got to see the geese and the ducks. He quacked back to them non-stop!
The peacock's were everywhere! Molly didn't like it when we got to close to them and yelled for them to leave us alone.
Mom bought us a frog pool that we can play in on our back porch. We love it!! Especially when it's really hot outside.
Max found Dad's stash of golf balls, and thinks they're really fun to play with in the pool.
We try to splash out as much of the water as we can, and we've learned to fill up our cups and water the pretty flowers.
Molly got a boo boo when she fell up the stairs in the garage. She cried when it happened, and then she got up and started running around again like nothing happened.
Mom and Dad bought us a really big bucket full of sidewalk chalk. We love drawing all over the driveway, the tires on the truck, the garage floor, the dogs.......pretty much everything!!
We're having a really good time this summer, and we hope you and your family are too.
