Over the river and through the woods...

Mom and Dad packed us up with lots of other things, and we celebrated Christmas with all the families. We had a really good time and it was fun seeing all of our family.
Our first stop was to Grammy and Papa Bucko's house. Grammy put all the fun ornaments at the bottom of the tree for us to play with, and take around the house and hide.
We weren't sure about opening the presents. Mom and Dad told us "no" for so long, and then they said it was okay? They just need to make up their minds.
Cousin Megan was there to help us in case we couldn't get the presents open. She showed us how to play with our new toys, just like she used to.
Max used Uncle Steve's phone to call Santa and tell him "thanks" for all the presents...
...and then he took a nap.
We also went to Mimi and Papa Melton's house to open MORE presents, and we had the whole opening presents thing down by then.
Uncle Matt put our toys together for us, and he even said it was fun.
Max and Uncle Matt shared a snack before our bedtime, and let us watch TV with him too.
Our hair is really growing. Mimi trimmed Molly's up to make it look more even. It was really long on the left, and not so long on the right.
Papa gave her a candy cane afterwards, just cause she did a great job holding still.
Max didn't want to be left out, so we trimmed his hair too.
It was fun traveling, but it was nice to be home. Molly wanted to go with Daddy outside and bring all the new toys in, so she got his boots on and said she was ready to go.
Max lives in our new tent from Uncle Matt. He hides all the good toys in there and even lets Lucy and Ebby come in too.

We hope you all had a great holiday season, and that you had as good a time with your family as we did with ours.

See you again soon!

Love,

Melton's x 4
